I love this recipe because it gives you both the directions and ingredients for a special dressing as well as the salad itself. If you don’t eat raw kale often or are not a fan of it, you can always substitute lettuce. I usually will do 1/2 lettuce or raw spinach and 1/2 kale. Then I enjoy the salad more!
