I’ve been pretty good with my eating habits, but have found that I am constantly snacking! I have been trying to find ways to stay away from the bags of chips, and have finally found it. Every week, I make healthy energy bites! These tasty bites are easy to make and curb my snacking habits. Some recipes use as little as 4 ingredients!

Benefits of Healthy Energy Bites
All ingredients that go into healthy energy bites are included for a reason. Rolled oats, the main ingredient to many of the recipes, can help to lower cholesterol, support healthy digestion and balance blood sugar levels. A small amount of chia seeds, another common ingredient, contains tons of protein, fiber, and vitamins. Plus, it’s a great antioxidant. Flaxseed is also an amazing antioxidant as well as high in fiber and supports healthy digestion. Dates are great for your heart and digestion.
